First public presentation of the BEAGLE project was held at the island of Cres, Croatia in an event 27th Days Of Frane Petrić (September 23–29, 2018), organised by the Croatian Philosophical Society. This conference is one of the most important humanistic events in Croatia that gathers wide array of international authors, philosophers and scientists, and is under patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia. Before audience, our project partners Bruno Ćurko (Croatia), Mateja Centa (Slovenia), Pier Giacomo Sola (Italy), Josip Guć (Croatia), and Nikos Vasilakos (Greece) introduced BEAGLE as a bioethical project which aims to promote open education and innovative educational practices.
Not only did our partners present the project to the public, but we also held our kick off meeting in Cres! On dates 27 and 28 September 2018, in Hotel Kimen, first BEAGLE Transnational Meeting was held. All the partners from Croatia, Greece, Italy, and Slovenia had gathered to discuss project implementation plans, and the results of these discussion can be seen right now, as one of the topics was setting up the web-page, and the rest of our results can be seen soon enough! 🙂
